I had high hopes for the Zipato ecosystem and I was excited about promoting it to my clients on the North American market. But the truth is, although the potential is there, Zipato just does not deliver. Furthermore, the pervasiveness of passive-aggressive comments from the Zipato staff often seen on their official forums paints a rather uncomfortable picture of the company’s culture.
